Dr. Terlika Chisholm-Smith

Dr. Terlika Chisholm‑Smith has spent more than 20 years caring for children and supporting families through every stage of childhood—from those first newborn visits to the teenage years. Her approach is simple: combine excellent medical care with genuine compassion, clear communication, and a deep respect for the families she serves.
Dr. Chisholm‑Smith’s journey in medicine began at Macalester College, where she developed a passion for science and community health. She went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in North Carolina, followed by a rigorous pediatric residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, one of the busiest and most diverse training programs in the region. These experiences shaped her into a thoughtful, confident clinician who understands both the science of pediatrics and the heart behind it.
As a board‑certified pediatrician and Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Chisholm‑Smith stays committed to the highest standards of care. She is also a licensed specialist physician in The Bahamas, proudly serving families in her home community.
